Shanice Ashley's single "This Love", featuring Dsunami and Tru Tone, is released on the HILIFE label (HIL-10570), with her album to follow.
Anton's reimagining of the Anita Baker classic, featuring Mello D and Leonardo, is released on the HILIFE label (HIL-10549) ahead of his album "The Score".
HILIFE MUSIC GROUP is successful in the court appeal (May) following the UK IPO ruling in its favour (December 2022) — the conclusion of the seven-year trademark dispute. US trade marks are registered in May, and UK trade marks in July. The label releases Tru Tone's "My Problems", "Baddie" and "Tru Luv", and Aaron Antone's "Hop Out".

The new brand logo is introduced in January, connecting the brands across the group, and the fifteen-year anniversary is celebrated in July with a celebratory logo, events and limited-edition clothing. JORVINCI launches a new season and ad campaign, the production department is enlarged, and in December the UK IPO rules in HILIFE's favour.

In May, the JORVINCI brand branches out as a full HILIFE GROUP subsidiary and the group acquires FM Entertainment, an events-management and artist-development company. Subsidiary HI5FIVE is incorporated in March, and the singles "Westside" and "Lifestyle" join the catalogue.

HMG launches ARTIST 50–50 in May — the equal-partnership release model. Parent company HILIFE GROUP is incorporated in July, the world trade mark is registered in August, subsidiary HILIFE SPORT is incorporated in November, and "You Know How We Do" is released.

HILIFE launches Direct Licensing in August, making the group's music available to everyone. "Vibe Party" is released (HIL-10083), subsidiary JORVINCI is incorporated, and the group presents an industry award in October.

In February, subsidiary AGRADE MUSIC launches the industry-first "Purchase a Record Deal" service. UK and European trade marks are registered in the autumn, subsidiaries HILIFE DESIGNER BRANDS and HILIFE MEDIA GROUP are incorporated, and the singles "The Whistle" and "Smooth Love" are released.

Neil Rueben joins HILIFE GROUP as Chief Operating Officer in February. HILIFE MUSIC is incorporated as a limited company in September, a new logo is introduced in November, and the HILIFE clothing line and group merchandise launch — alongside the Bizzi Dixon project.

HILIFE GROUP is created in October, with a new website launch and the official launch of the HILIFE FOOTBALL ACADEMY in September. Starkey Banton's "Want My Woman Tonight" (HIL-1037, with the R&B Mix HIL-1037B) and "Summertime" (HIL-1035) join the catalogue, and the YMCA charity project begins.

HILIFE MUSIC begins as recording studios in January 2007, founded by Chairman & CEO Adrian Fife. Within the year: the first logo, HMG PRODUCTIONS formed, a sound design & foley department created — with sound design work for LucasArts and Atari — plus distribution and marketing services, and the first releases including Xclusive's "Rock That Body" and Anton's "Your My Girl".
